www.goodr.co.th will ship orders to customers within 1–5 business days, depending on the service area, covering all 77 provinces of Thailand. Rev begins counting the delivery time only after the customer has successfully paid in full, or after receiving email and phone confirmation from www.rev.co.th, subject to the following conditions:
Delivery to provinces outside Bangkok takes 2–4 business days via DHL Express. On the delivery day, the DHL team will call to schedule delivery using the phone number you provided at checkout.
Deliveries are made Monday – Saturday only, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We reserve the right not to deliver on public holidays and government holidays.
Monday – Friday order cut-off time is 11:59 PM.
www.rev.co.th offers free shipping on orders of 1,000 THB or more per order. ***The company reserves the right to make changes without prior notice.***
Orders under 1,000 THB have a 50 THB shipping fee.
1. www.goodr.co.th ships within Thailand only. For deliveries to the 3 southern border provinces (Yala, Pattani, and Narathiwat) and to islands, delivery times depend on the situation at the time, and the company will ship as appropriate.
2. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping carrier, excluding Sundays, public holidays, and government holidays. Delivery may be delayed, especially during festive seasons.
3. Orders are shipped in order of order number.
4. The company reserves the right to deliver beyond the stated time frame in the event of force majeure, if the customer changes their address, or if the delivery information, address, or phone number is incorrect, or no one is available to receive the package at the scheduled time.
